Salvation’s Well is an artistic playground exploring the wonders of the universe (often combined with science fiction and faith), interpreted by original synthesized and hybrid-orchestral music by Peter Vantine.

WHO IS PETER VANTINE?

As an accomplished pianist and award-winning composer, Peter’s music has been featured on the stage as well as in media, including the Biography Channel, Discovery, The Learning Channel, MTV, PBS, corporate websites, educational software, interactive museum exhibits, and films.

He has produced dozens of music CDs, served in music and ministry roles for three decades, and has coached many musicians in the recording studio and at the piano.

He was the grand prize recipient of the 2001 Turner Classic Movies Young Composer’s Competition, which led to composing music for a featured silent film through TCM.

RECORDINGS

In 2014, Peter was nominated for Album of the Year by Whisperings Solo Piano Radio for his album, Prayerful Improvisations, featuring original solo piano music and hymns. Since then, he has recorded three more albums in this series, including a Christmas album and a Worship album.

MUSIC THAT CLAMS & HEALS

Peter released a classical piano album—Peaceful Classics—dedicated to his mother, Ruth Vantine to help raise awareness and funding for Alzheimer’s research. He also recorded a three-album series of solo piano music—Notes of Comfort—designed to create a calming and peace-filled atmosphere for those who listen. These recordings are now available to download for free.

Peter holds music degrees from Berklee College of Music and Boston University. While often day-dreaming about far away worlds in distant galaxies, his most precious role is being a devoted earth-bound husband and dad.
